Vos missions :- Créer, mettre en place et suivre les opérations promotionnelles sur la plateforme ManoMano France- Participer à l'élaboration de la proposition : déterminer les catégories, les marques et les produits à promouvoir en fonction des indicateurs clés et des tendances. Travailler avec les équipes internes pour assurer le succès de l'opération (Marketing, Acquisition et Communication).- Mettre en œuvre les opérations : coordonner le rétroplanning, créer le brief pour l’ensemble des parties prenantes en collaboration avec l'équipe marketing et communiquer avec nos partenaires pour s'assurer que les offres correspondent à leurs attentes et aux objectifs de campagne.- Surveiller les résultats : mener une analyse approfondie pour identifier les opportunités de croissance et surveiller les KPI de l'opération, proposer un plan d'action en conséquence.- Respectez la date limite : assurez-vous que toutes les parties prenantes livrent à temps pour le lancement des campagnes.- Améliorer les processus : la forte croissance de ManoMano implique de revoir constamment nos outils et processus, vous serez en charge d'améliorer les process en continu pour que les équipes travaillent ensemble de la meilleure façon possible,- Fournissez des recommandations : fournissez des informations clefs et apportez des recommandations exploitables pour les prochaines opérations afin d'améliorer les performances.Votre profil:- Dernière année de Master d'une école de commerce/d'ingénieur (ou formation universitaire équivalente),- Capable de piloter par la donnée et avec de bonnes capacités d'analyse,- Excellente culture numérique,- Autonome et adaptable (capable de travailler dans un environnement en constante évolution),- Curieux, avec une forte envie d'apprendre,- Capable de mener et de porter des projets ambitieux,- Langues : Français natif et anglais courant,- Maitrise d'Excel- Une expérience de stage antérieure dans le commerce électronique et/ou le secteur de la vente au détail est un atout majeur.Détails du stage :Durée : 6 moisDébut : octobreProcessus d'entretien :- Entretien avec l’Account Manager- Entretien avec le Lead Account Manager- Entretien avec le Talent RecruiterAt ManoMano we are dedicated to building an inclusive and diverse workforce where each individual can grow.
