Located in La Défense (Paris) headquarter, you will work with talented and dedicated people which will help you to grow and learn on day to day basis. We have strong ambition to recruit and develop our talent.Day-to-Day Responsibilities​Reporting to the Head of the HR business line MS, you will be a partner of our teams and will be able to support us in many HR projects on a daily basis.In collaboration with the Global HRBPs, your main missions will be:- Support teams, managers, and employees in the implementation of Worldline's HR policy & processes,- Support managers and employees in the performance of their duties,- Ensure quality reporting and monitoring on all HR KPIs,- Participate in cross-functional HR projects according to current events and regulatory developments,- Contribute to the various Business Partnering exercises, in particular on the following aspects:Recruitment & mobilityPerformance & people / talents reviewsCompensation & BenefitsTraining & developmentWho Are We Looking ForWe look for big thinkers.
