CF&S Spain is located in Santa Perpetua de Mogoda (Barcelona) with a young and dynamic team wants to find an Administrative/Accounting candidate to expand their branch. As a Junior Traffic and Forwarding Coordinator, your main responsibility will involve efficiently and effectively organizing the transportation of goods and materials between different locations. Responsibilities Monitoring and managing land traffic activities Handling incidents related to damages and delays Strategizing collections and deliveries to optimize the fleet's operations Maintaining communication with both customers and suppliers Managing groupage, full-load, and partial-load shipments Overseeing administrative procedures Identifying and engaging with potential network providers for expansion Exploring business opportunities within the industry Requirements 1 to 2 years of demonstrated experience in administration, accounting, or a similar role Fluent in English and Spanish; proficiency in other languages will be considered a plus Knowledge of traffic management is advantageous Additional training in foreign and/or international trade is a valuable asset Benefits Full-time, permanent position Competitive compensation in line with the role's responsibilities Location Barcelona - Santa Perpetua de Mogodá (Spain)
