Job Description Division: GDCThe Group Digital Capabilities (GDC) division ensures the competitiveness of Euroclear by delivering reliable and sustainable IT solutions for the financial securities markets. Our technical teams deliver new IT solutions and improve existing applications for both our internal and external clients. We deploy changes into the production environment in a controlled and structured way that does not compromise production stability and we ensure reliable production support.The Smart Automation (SA) department comprises of such verticals as Robotics Process Automation (RPA), Tactical Tools, Intelligent Data Capture (IDC or Intelligent OCR), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Business Process Management and more advanced Artificial Intelligence solutions which have the potential to automate more or less complex activities (tasks or processes).The goal of SA is to lower manual intervention workload, reducing operational risk with less errors and more time allocated to complex items or exceptions.We are focused on decreasing process execution time and improving employee and customer experience (removing repetitive and mundane activities and accelerating time to market).Your role Production support “Level 2/3” (between ServiceDesk and Senior Developers) Triage, investigate and resolve incidents (some UiPath development) Processing access requests Communicating with internal Euroclear business users Development, testing and deployment of small Change Requests Creation of functional and technical documentation Your profile Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Engineering or comparable qualification Some knowledge of database (SQL/Oracle) and scripting (e.g. Powershell), even if only academic Specific knowledge of ITIL / ServiceNow / UiPath is very helpful, but not essential Eager to learn Team player Active communication Proactive Fluent in English What we offer An excellent opportunity to practice and develop your talents in a highly professional international environment Learning and development focused environment with an emphasis on knowledge sharing, training, and reskilling We’re Agile, we’re growing and so will you!
