Junior Engineer for Railway Signaling and Centralized Traffic Control Service Projects (Customer Service)

We work with our customers to develop optimal solutions to help overcome their challenges.Customer Service is key to support client’s expectations, resolution of potential inconveniences and queries, and transferring client needs to the company. Therefore, is supported by the whole company to achieve high levels of clients’ satisfaction and loyalty, allowing us to expand our markets, adding new value to the society by improving people mobility, comfort and safety around the world.We want you to join us in our multidisciplinary international service Projects team, within The Siemens Customer Service Business Unit.The main tasks are:1- Support technically international service projects for signaling and centralized traffic control systems. Managing technologies as Train Control systems such us ERTMS L1, L2, CBTC and ASFA; Track vacancy detection systems as Track Circuits or Axle Counters; point machines at turnouts, interlockings and new specific designs for client needs.In Customer Service we work with the newest technologies, and with legacy products that the company supports until the end of its life cycle and renewal.2- Troubleshooting, post analysis of incidents root cause, and preparation of dynamic action plans. Our Digital Services systems, such us smart monitoring and data analytics tools allow us collecting accurate information and data to support the investigation and monitoring the impact of the implemented action plans.3- Proposal of new improvements to reduce systems failures, improving teams’ reactions. Direct contact with different company department such us Safety, Engineering and R&D to transfer systems feedback for a continuous improvement of the projects, capabilities, processes and products.4- Supervise and follow up the works and plan performed by the onsite personnel in different Railway projects around the world such us the iconic Makkah-Madinah High Speed Railway, or Marmaray at Istanbul.5- Participation in Periodical and specific multicultural meetings with clients and experts at different projects around the world.6- On site inspections and projects follow-up.7- Support and management of the mobilization and ramp-up phases of new service projects. 8- Training as trainer for the different Railway technologies implemented in projects.It is required proactive participation in multicultural projects in different regions, so the requirements to apply are:- Language: English Fluent (C Level), and Spanish valuable.- Availability to travel- Driving License- Electronical Engineer / Electrical Engineer / Telecommunication EngineerIf we all thought the same, we would never think of anything new!
