Junior Content Moderator/QA

The Role We are looking for a motivated junior Content moderator/QA to join our Customer Success team within our Connect division. You will play a critical role in ensuring a high-quality delivery of our services to all our clients.  What your day-to-day will look like Review, inspect, and evaluate all the media content in our inflight entertainment platform, including text, images, videos, and interactive elements, guaranteeing that they meet our high quality standards, guidelines, and clients’ branding requirements.  Test the functionality and usability of interactive elements, ensuring they work as intended. Identify and flag errors, typos, formatting issues, and any other content-related discrepancies. Make sure to escalate possible issues internally in order to fix them in an accurate and timely manner and proactively propose improvements Document and maintain detailed records of QA findings, issues, and resolutions and provide timely and constructive feedback to improve the overall quality of media content. Support the Customer Success team in any other project/task needed Requirements: Technical Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies, Communication or a related field +1 year of relevant experience Advanced English & Spanish, both written and spoken, another language is a plus Basic understanding of media content development and digital platforms. Personal Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify errors and inconsistencies Highly organized with a systematic approach to tasks  You are a proactive, persistent, and results-driven person Customer driven mindset Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and efficiently with limited supervision.
