For the fifth year in a row Portrait Roma – together with Portrait Firenze – is one of the hotels awarded with the prestigious 5 star Forbes. The trainee will be performing an internship in the department for a period of six months; the experience is focused on increasing levels of responsibility in order to fully understand the department activities. His/her responsibilities will include: learning how to welcome guests, how to do check-ins and check-outs, guest relations, concierge activities, how to support the department in day-by-day tasks and the general procedures and activities of hotels.
