What you will learn and contribute toAs part of the team, you will:·Collaborate with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to organize events, workshops, and training sessions and plan and implement ERG activities, including recruitment, communication, and engagement strategies·Cooperation with Neurodiversity Project Team·Communication and Messaging as writing and communication messages, including newsletters, emails, and internal announcements, and assisting in creating multimedia materials·Research and Analysis·Administrative Support Your skills and experienceYou have:·Active student status in psychology, diversity studies, human resources, or a related field (for min. 12 months)·Strong interest in diversity and inclusion, with knowledge of relevant concepts and theories.
