Luxury will meet fair trade and environmental friendliness. We are searching for a remote “SEO Specialist” Intern to be part of our team. Siciliamia involves an international team and our working language is exclusively English. Position Description: We want energetic and passionate people with a burning desire to create & innovate who are willing to experiment with the SEO knowledge they have already gained. As our SEO Specialist, you will be in charge of keyword research, SEO checks, and blog posting via WordPress. We offer a creative workplace that encourages experimenting and creativity, and we are looking for the perfect fit for our young team, who takes initiative and is willing to learn, grow professionally, and help us grow as a business in the process. You will be handling and analysing our companies in Iceland and Sicily as well. Your focus will lie on SEO Content Creation. You will be working remotely for a minimum of 4-6 months, with the possibility to extend. The internship will start in September 2023 and will take place in Sicily. Requirements Experience in SEO campaigns Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods Experience with SEO tools. Knowledge of keyword research and analysis, data mining Excellent written and verbal communication skills (email, phone, etc.) Comfortable analysing data on a daily basis Experience with WordPress or other content management systems Familiarity with running a blog Independent worker. Responsibilities: Independent mindset on executing tasks and giving feedback Maintaining high-quality content and ranking  Helping with optimization strategies to increase the companys search engine results rankings Research SEO keywords to use throughout the companys website, blog and, social media posts. Monitoring daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance Collaborating with others within the marketing department to manage SEO strategy Doing backlinking for maximum optimization and search engine rankings Performing regular SEO checks - analysis of fresh content.
