We are looking for an intern for our Campus Life Office, the team in charge of supporting the organization, management and communication of the aforementioned activities, that are divided into 4 areas: 1) arts & humanities, 2) counseling, self empowerment and wellbeing, 3) social commitment and volunteering, 4) activities of student internship opportunity is aimed at providing the intern with an excellent experience that will give the chance to learn the operational and organizational logics behind cultural courses/events, voluntary work and counseling activities, and to develop communication and relationship skills with the different stakeholders that are part of the University particular, the intern will be involved in the following activities:• Managing the communication tools: emails, calendars, website, forms, etc.;• Supporting the organization of Campus Life courses and activities (both online and in person): contacting students, managing the online platforms, collecting registrations, supervising events/courses, final reporting (quantitative and qualitative);• Supporting communication and promotional activities (newsletter, postmaster, website, students' agenda) of the planned activities.• Managing relations with different internal and external public (bachelor and master's degree students, professors, organizations and institutions · Graduated with a Master's Degree with an outstanding academic path;· Fluent in English and Italian;· Work/study/life experience abroad or in international/multicultural contexts (at least 6 months);· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);· Soft skills: positive and enthusiastic with very good interpersonal and team working skills; analytical and critical thinking; hands-on approach; customer oriented approach along with the ability to adapt to different target; able to organize and manage the work timely and autonomously; self-starter with strong attention to detail and problem solving approach.Curiosity, creativity and proactivity in the design of initiatives are highly are offering a 6 months paid internship.
